Fees, Terms & Remittance

1. Fees are ONLY charged against monies collected.
   
   
2. Fees vary greatly based on a number of issues:
     Amount, Age and Volume of debt(s).
     Location of Debtor.
     Will attorneys have to get involved?
     Will attorneys have to sue the debtor to get your monies?

4. Fees typically range from an average of 25% to 40% and on very small files 50% to a low of 15% or less on mega files, litigation is typically 35% or more depending on the amount involved and the debtors location.
   
   
5. Remember, we only charge you a fee on what we collect totally or partially.

Terms and Conditions

Asset Management International will attempt to collect your claim(s) under the following agreement:

1. We will comply with all local, state and federal laws, and such policies of your company as you may disclose to us.
   
   
2. Any remittances will be held in our bonded, non-interest bearing trust account, and you authorize us to endorse checks and negotiable instruments for deposit into this account.
   
   
3. Our fees, and our attorney's fees are contingent on collection at the fee schedule specified. Fees are calculated on gross payment. Interest may be charged from the receivables due date at the allowable interest rate in the state where the debtor receives mail, and may be waived or retained by Bilateral Credit to offset litigation reports, UCC searches, US Postal inquiries, asset searches, investigative reports or other expenses incurred.
   
   
4. Your company will advise us immediately of any debtor payments made directly to you, and Asset Management International will invoice you for the fee for the collection.
   
   
5. You will be responsible for any existing and subsequent commissions due on files that are booked with the agency and withdrawn by you. If open files are withdrawn, you agree to compensate the agency for the appropriate commissions for collection and Asset Management International reserves right of offset, it is further agreed that client lack of support or hindrances shall entitle the Company & or its Attorney's to full collection fees.
   
   
6. You may audit or demand an audit of your accounts during reasonable business hours.
   
   
7. Asset Management International will immediately notify you of any lawsuit or claims against you or Asset Management International arising out of our efforts on your behalf, and Bilateral will defend and indemnify you against such claims or suits that arise out of our action. You will defend and indemnify Bilateral in any such action where cause arises out of erroneous information supplied by you. In any action, you will have the sole right to choose your attorneys.
   
   
8. Asset Management International   has no authority to settle any debt for less than the full amount owing, except under your express permission.
   
   
9. Asset Management International is authorized to refer files to attorneys for collection at its discretion. However, authorization to file suit may come only from you, and you will be required to pay any court costs.

Remittance

All funds recovered on our clients’ accounts are immediately put in to a trust  account  with Bank of America where they clear the escrow process. Funds are remitted immediately as soon as the check or wire transfer is clear usually with 2 business days. Unlike most commercial collection agencies we understand that you need your money. The AMI Team makes every effort to do that within two business days as soon as funds are clear.
